n this work, the deer appears as a quiet, sacred presence moving through the inner garden. Painted in deep blue, it becomes less an animal than a messenger: a symbol of the divine hidden within nature, intuition, and the soul’s private landscape.
Around it, pomegranates rise like strange flowers or small suns, carrying the sense of fertility, mystery, and spiritual abundance. Some are closed, others open, revealing their inner life. The painting… holds that same tension: what is visible and what remains concealed.
Within the context of The Inner Garden, this piece speaks of the moment when the hidden divine begins to reveal itself. The deer walks calmly through a golden field of memory and symbol, surrounded by branches, fruit, and silence. It suggests a garden that is not outside us, but within: a place of longing, beauty, and quiet transformation.
« I like to think about my artwork as visual poems that talk about what does it mean to be human. »
