About this artwork
My work is a black and white digital exploration of symmetry based on the architecture of the Georges Pompidou National Center for Art and Culture (Le Center Pompidou), in Paris, also popularly known as "Le Beaubourg". To achieve the vast range of gray tones that dress the lines and shapes, I use a soft digital solarization effect that helps to blur even more of what is real. I capture complexity and technical beauty, transforming the ordinary into…
something hypnotic. I seek to evoke awe and inspiration, bringing the energy of structural dynamism to any space where it is displayed. It is an invitation to contemplate perfection in organized chaos.

Fernando Grilli, son of photographers and raised in the nuances of light, fuses photography, collage and algorithmic art. His works, imbued with techniques such as retouching and monotype, dialogue with the aesthetics of Art Deco, PopArt and the mystery of film noir. They transmit the weight of the social, the poetry of light and shadow, and a conceptual vision that sparks reflection.
