About this artwork
I have created this black and white digital work to capture the symmetrical beauty and hypnotic rhythm of urban architecture. Each window becomes a unique character. They are not shown geometrically cold and static. Quite the opposite,... they seem to dance a perfect choreography in an unreal setting. The reiteration of them reflects everyday life, each one telling a different story, adding to classic photography the conceptual aspect of the action…
of repetition of PopArt. This photograph invites reflection on individuality within society, making present the concept that individuals are neither equal nor different; We are simply similar and moved by unique desires, which sometimes translate into collective hope. In your home, it will provide a touch of sophistication and slight stillness. A space for imagination and self-contemplation of the inner being.

Fernando Grilli, son of photographers and raised in the nuances of light, fuses photography, collage and algorithmic art. His works, imbued with techniques such as retouching and monotype, dialogue with the aesthetics of Art Deco, PopArt and the mystery of film noir. They transmit the weight of the social, the poetry of light and shadow, and a conceptual vision that sparks reflection.
