About this artwork
This painting speaks to the intricate layers of human memory, the simultaneous fragility and durability of the experiences that shape us. Its undulating forms and contrasting colors evoke the complexity of our emotional landscapes, where joy and sorrow often coexist. The muted pinks and golds suggest tenderness and nostalgia, while the bolder shapes feel like fragments of resilience, stubbornly holding their place amidst the chaos. The name "Echoes…
Beneath the Surface" could encapsulate this theme. It reflects how, beneath the visible layers of our lives, there are hidden echoes—memories, emotions, and dreams—that silently influence our present. The painting invites us to pause, to trace the winding paths of our own history, and to honor the depth within.
