Florent Poussineau's "Humans" series is a collection of drawings created during his residencies and travels around the world. Florent Poussineau, born in 1989, graduated from ESACM and trained in design and culinary arts, is a multidisciplinary visual artist. His works blend installation, performance, and culinary creation by exploring performative acts, archives, and installations. Poussineau explores individual and collective memory through food, proposing an aesthetic of disappearance and transformation. His practice nostalgically evokes human evolution, questioning our relationship to others, to memory, and to the norm, while arousing contradictory emotions.
