About this artwork
In crafting this piece, I immersed myself in the fluidity of emotion and the natural world. The tactile mix of acrylic and sand under my brush bloomed into ripples of serenity and strength, echoing the enduring calm and chaos of water. My strokes channelled abstracted impressions through an oriental lens, each layer a whisper of movement. This work is a breath, a pause—meant to infuse any space with a tranquil yet powerful essence, marrying peace… with the vibrant energy of life itself.

Artist Statement:
My work explores the interplay between nature's elements and human resilience, drawing inspiration from clouds, ocean waves, and landscapes. These forms reflect life's challenges and transformations.
Through layered textures and organic shapes, I capture transitions where calm meets chaos, strength meets upheaval. My style combines soft tones with vibrant contrasts, highlighting the balance between adaptability and strength.
I invite viewers to connect with these abstract landscapes, celebrating our shared journey of growth and resilience. Influences include Zao Wou-Ki, Julie Mehretu, traditional Chinese ink painters, and architects like Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry.
