Liquid measure is a bold mixed media black and white abstract painting on Plexiglas.
The sharp contrasts and nuanced transitions of this very emotional work are for me a representation of ‘those important’ relationships. The need to express us has to meet the need to be deeply part of a relationship. It’s about being true to us and, at the same time, sharing without fear of loosing our boundaries.
The original 45x30x0.2" (114.3x76.2x0.5cm) artwork… on Plexiglas board, is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands.
It's signed on the back.
Ready to hang:
- Default: It has a metal plate fixing (0.5cm thickness; total thickness of painting + metal plate: 1cm)
- Please note: If you plan to frame the painting, I can add wooden fixings on the back (0.8cm thickness; total thickness of painting + wooden fixings: 1.3cm thickness). In this latter case, please contact the customer support so I can prepare the back of the painting before shipping.
