The hourglass, in the style of paradoxical hyperrealism, made of transparent glass holds a whole avocado and a split one, whose pit shines with a warm and golden sheen. In the suspended time of the hourglass, the avocado is transformed: it slowly slides down, mixing and becoming a thick and velvety guacamole that accumulates in the lower half. of the freshly made guacamole, symbolizing the passage of time that transforms simplicity into richness and complexity, but also into something unrepeatable.
