About this artwork
This original painting by Franziska Ostermeier is a large abstract work of art. A contemporary abstract acrylic painting on canvas. The picture was stretched by hand on a stretcher frame.
Bright colors like yellow, green and blue together with pastel tones like pink dominate this original painting.
This modern abstract painting was created using acrylics and oil pastels, pastels, pencil and colored pencils.
A bright yellow colored tree stands… in front of a bright blue sky, play of lights, play of colors, structures and shapes result in a beautiful picture that only nature can paint.

« For me, a painting is a sensual interplay of structures, colors, and shapes, taking into account the materiality of canvas and painting medium. »
