The sculpture depict the balance, symmetry and proportion of a male torso, Like most things in live, the sculpted body required discipline and strong will to achieve that result, this sculpture is a celebration of that determination. The gold acrylic paint is used to further enhance the contour of the body.

Gavin Tu is an experienced painter and sculptor based in China whose works have been exhibited nationally. Through his diverse pieces, he explores themes relating to the proportion of the human body, as well as lights and shadows. In his painterly compositions, Tu employs monochromatic tones with acrylics on canvas or fabric. However, in his sculptures, he favors wire mesh and embroidery.
