Inspired by the book ‘Cutting the Ties that Bind’ by Phyllis Krystal, a renowned British psychotherapist.
We are all bound by invisible chains or ties that bind, block and keep us from being who we really are. These ties develop during childhood from family environment, culture, fears, or reactions to events that took place then. The method, developed by Phyllis Krystal, can help us cut ties that bind us to anyone or anything that acts as an authority… and exerts control over us. It enables a person to attain freedom from the various sources of false security or known dysfunction to become an independent and whole human being, relying only on the inner source of security and wisdom in all its infinity.
