About this artwork
Moon River is a quiet passage inward. A pale river-path cuts through dense, layered greens and ascends toward a solitary mountain bathed in moonlight, guiding the eye—and the mind—toward stillness. The rhythmic palette-knife strokes echo flowing thoughts, pauses, and returns.
Inspired by my trip to Norway during a full moon over the fjords. It felt like the moon was just a jump away, I was so tempted to touch the moon.
Belonging to the Soliloquy… theme, this work reflects moments of introspection when clarity emerges not through force, but through gentle persistence—where the journey itself becomes the conversation within.
Artwork has been recently framed (20th Feb 2026) with a beautiful light oak floating frame. Additional images of the framed artwork have been uploaded in the gallery section. Pricing has been adjusted to include framing cost.
