About this artwork
In my artwork I fuse acrylic and spray to create a surreal world where figurative meets expressionism. The image symbolizes movement through life and overcoming its discontinuities. The dynamic shapes and powerful colors are intended to release passionate energy in the viewer and stimulate the imagination so that they can always keep their own destiny in mind.

Gina Plunder is a painter and draftsman based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally, in France, China, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, South Korea, Switzerland, Belgium, and Spain. Plunder describes her pieces as moving between the borders of painting, drawing, abstraction and figuration, as well as fusing illusion with reality.
