About this artwork
In my artwork I use oil paints to create an abstract representation full of energy and emotion. The central element seems to unfold with life, surrounded by gentle color gradients that suggest peace and contemplation. I would like to invite viewers to discover their own feelings and interpretations. This image will bring an atmosphere full of inspiration and inner reflection to any room.

Bas was born in today's Ukraine, and has lived in Germany since 1992. After studying art in Münster and at the acclaimed Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, he exhibits regularly in Germany. Bas deconstructs his first draft by, for example, painting over the painting with another painting and allowing chance to play a certain role.
