About this artwork
In creating this piece, I channeled raw emotions into a dance of colors and textures, using acrylics and oil pastels against a tape-crafted backdrop for bold contrasts. The abstract form is my playground of light and shadow, chaos and calm. It pulses with life, reflecting a spectrum of feeling meant to evoke introspection and a personal connection in each viewer. Imagine this energy transforming your space, infusing it with depth and conversation.

« All I want is to surprise myself with greater work than I ever dreamed of doing. »
Gregor Zitko is a Slovenian artist whose paintings have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions nationally. He describes his art as a mirror of both his thoughts and desires, as well as a record of the time in his life when each piece was created. Zitko endeavors to create in a spontaneous manner, allowing his subconscious to "do the work". His striking pieces are created with acrylics and oils on canvas.
