A large part of Grimo’s creations are a symbolic abstraction. The French sculptor does not set limits in the choice of his subjects of inspiration. Iron is one of the primary materials he uses in his works, both new and worn by human use. Sometimes creating in themed series, Grimo has explored musicians and instruments; the origins of humankind; personal interpretations of great artworks; and events in human history.
