About this artwork
Here in the north the landscape is vast. The horizon is flat, the high sky stretches above it. In the summertime, the warm light bathes the landscape in delicate colors and creates smooth transitions that are softly lost in the vastness of the landscape. This scenery creates inner peace and relaxation in the viewer and the peaceful mood soothes the senses. I love being in this southern Danish landscape and I always find inspiration and leisure here.
