About this artwork
I enjoy letting myself drift during the painting process. Depending on my mood and the light, I choose colors and forms, following the promptings emanating from the scene on the canvas. Like dancers moving to the music and rhythm, I create my paintings according to my intuition and mood. I felt like a lost-mind dancer while painting this work. I allowed myself to be carried away by the dynamics of the painting process, and so, after many phases of…
building up and removing individual sections, this delicate, joyful, and inspiring painting emerged, carrying the positive message: "when I'm dancing." It brings relaxation and lightness to the room and leaves plenty of space for individual interpretation in its details.
