About this artwork
With this painting, I explore a world suspended between dream and reality. The colors are soft and delicate, shifting between soothing blue-greys and deep reddish-browns, creating an ethereal, cloud-like atmosphere in which images subtly emerge.
On the right, you can glimpse an archetypal face—an expression of a universal symbolism that speaks to all of us. Beside this face, its reflection—barely visible—lingers like a shadow dissolving into mist.… In this liminal space, this world “in-between,” an angel also hides, ever-present, watching over us and gently guiding our path.
Many other symbols reveal themselves as you continue to observe: a map, scattered texts, points of access to other realms. They invite the viewer to journey deeper into the painting, to explore its hidden mysteries, and to lose themselves in this dreamlike universe.
If you open your heart, you may even see your own reflection within this work.
