About this artwork
When I was a little girl lying in the bed I could feel a vast source around me. I could see the particles of energy moving all together around me. I also could became a particle, floating in the void, feeling as if I were one with the Universe. Feeling the immensity. Now, many years later, remembering this, I'm working on this artwork serie with acrylic, bioalcohol and fluor colors.
It is a layered work, when I apply the bioalcohol it is very exciting,… giant bubbles appear with tinted organic shapes on the canvas. I really like the final touch-up process because the colors are intense and the textures are appreciated. Meditative work to enjoy contemplation and its energy.
It has a layer of protection to keep it better.
With signature, date and title.

Iris Aneas is an award-winning Spanish painter who lives in the mountains surrounded by forests. To create, she needs to feel close to nature and her own inner-being. The themes in Aneas' works center around the protection, defense, and liberation of nature, along with the celebration of the feminine spirit. She approaches her artistic process by listening to what the blank space asks, stating that she transforms painting as painting transforms her.
