About this artwork
My harp has five moon strings and five billion yellow stars are strung on them. I broke the strings and let the stars run free in the sky.
The kite of summer broke the thin thread of time and fled to its beloved. After it only amber grapes remained, from which the trees make yellow paint to paint the eaves of their autumn houses.
The rainy autumn wind softens the summer musical five-line of the trees and yellow leaves begin to fall from them… like notes of a yellow symphony.

Ivan Gotsev is a Bulgarian artist who has exhibited widely. It was a love of people and nature that inspired him to become an artist and create personal abstract paintings. Although mainly using oil on canvas, Gotsev does not limit the scope of his creativity and sometimes includes textiles and other materials in his works. He describes his artistic process as a constant attempt to strike a balance between a spontaneous and rational approach.
