About this artwork
The Baltic Warrior is a deep-sea tugboat, here it is depicted along the coast of southern Finistère in Brittany, on the Atlantic Ocean, where it crosses paths with an old Breton sailing ship, a lobster boat from Douarnenez, to be precise. It is a calm, slightly foggy morning, where two worlds meet, in harmony.
