This painting depicts a scene where a young woman, in her thirties, sits on the edge of her bed, located in a villa by the sea. Her gaze lost, she contemplates a landscape where the sky, the mountains and the ocean mingle in a palette of infinite blues. Despite the beauty of the place and the technique of painting on canvas, his mind seems to be elsewhere, exhausted by the stress and pressure of his life.
The young woman, on the brink of burnout,… feels a total disconnection, incapable of feeling the splendor of the nature that surrounds her. The oil painting on canvas highlights the invisibility of this modern disease, affecting even the inhabitants of luxury villas.
