About this artwork
"Hidden Voice" plays with the tension between expression and concealment. The large, ornamented fabric cube that conceals the woman's head becomes a metaphor for what we do not say – or are not allowed to say. Her body, clearly visible and full of presence, contrasts with the invisibility of her face. This composition does not question identity, but freedom and censorship. Who decides what may be visible? And what remains hidden, even though it cries…
out? There is resistance in the grace of the pose. A silent rebellion in the elegance of the lines. The black-and-white aesthetic underscores the emotional clarity. "Hidden Voice" is a poetic statement about the right to visibility – in a world that often prefers to look away.
