About this artwork
The painting shows a moment of pleasure lived by a figure in an apparent private moment. But it can easily also be seen as a sexualised performance staged for a voyeur or the viewer. The figure is playing with chocolate marshmallow teacakes and has one on the head, other is splashed inside his glasses and he is liking from his fingers the leftovers of the one he just ate.
