When he picked up a brush and painted his first watercolor in 2016 at age 67 he did not comprehend the impact of that moment on his life and the new paths down which it has taken him. He never intended to embark on a path of publicly displaying or selling any of his paintings, because they were for his own enjoyment. But, a conviction developed to share beyond friends and family the grace and beauty he saw in nature and the world around us that he translated into his paintings.
