About this artwork

A memory of Switzerland, captured in the same blurred, fleeting way it lives in my memory. As the sight of freely grazing cattle becomes increasingly rare, I wanted to capture them not as static figures, but as a collective presence—vague, transient, and precious. It is a quiet meditation on what we lose from our sight. The “blurred” memory: because the cattle lack sharp details, they appear to be dissolving.
