About this artwork
In the summer of 2022 I had the opportunity to go to Cervinara which is a very small town in the Campania region in Italy. This town is the hometown of my father-in-law. He had not been there for over 30 years. He took me everywhere and I was able to see the natural beauty of this small town. The name of the painting is based on the fact that this beautiful mountain is situated behind his childhood home.
