'Muse' is one of only a few remaining figurative works available from the artist's figurative painting years of 2000 - 2016.
The movement and fluidity of the model's hair were the inspiration for this work which exudes romance and sensuality.
The frame, selected by the artist's master framer, enhances the work as it is carved similarly to the movement in the model's hair.
Framed dimensions are 31.5" x 31.5" x 1"
Oil on canvas painting is 24" x… 24" x 1"
The wooden frame is 3.75" wide and has a two-tone beige with a bronze accent.
The work has been painted with professional oil paints and varnished with Gamblin Gamar for protection. It is professionally framed and ready to hang with wire attached

Joyce Fournier is a painter and sculptor based in Canada whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy, Germany, and the United States. Her current pieces are focused on abstract expressionist painting and figurative sculpture. Fournier enjoys the diversity of the two distinctive artistic paths as one is more focused on the representational, while the other is "spontaneous and liberating". Her bold painterly compositions are created with acrylics on canvas. Her sculptures, with bronze.
