In lichtBlick, hope is my theme. I explore the interplay of heaviness and lightness, stillness and movement.
A dark, grounded form acts as a focal point in the composition, while transparent layers and curved gestures create a translucent, breathing space.
The work does not seek a resolution, but rather reminds us to pause and reflect.
It lingers for a breath and a moment of presence, when the gaze turns forward and light becomes perceptible,… without the heaviness having to completely disappear.
