About this artwork
Long drips of paint are utilised as threads in this multi-coloured woven work. The interchange of warp and weft provides reinforcement and allows the paint to transform into an unsupported object.
Like a textile the paint drapes across the canvas resulting in an unusual and highly unique work with elegant dimensionality.
Framed in a pale timber chunky frame this is contemporary art that is as engaging as it is innovative.
This work is fitted with… D rings and wire for immediate hanging. On the back you will find my signature, initials, title and year. It is registered on the NRAA (National Registry for Australian artists). The work comes with details of the registration and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Beyond the Expected
I create structural walI-based works that transform the picture plane into tactile, spatial forms. Neither painting nor sculpture alone, they respond to changing light, revealing shifting rhythms that enrich the experience of a space
