Julia Pinkham is an American artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. She describes her abstract works as partly following the surrealist movement, while also reflecting her love and fascination for both plants and creatures. Though Pinkham's artistic process often begins with preliminary sketches, she eventually "let's go" of any preconceived ideas, which allows for a more spontaneous and intuitive approach. She creates using acrylics and pencils on canvas.
