About this artwork
For this painting, I worked with warm colors.
I sought to oppose them while having the desire to maintain a harmonious final result.
The upper left corner is marked by this red tint and on the other side, I contrasted with black. On the central part, a gradient of brown colors. We obtain a sensation of gentle warmth. I didn't want the colors to be too raw and too aggressive.
I then added gradient colored touches and copper using the reliefs… previously created on the canvas to give more life and more energy to the painting. Finally, I connected these two worlds with a vertical golden strip on the right in order to draw attention in a very subtle way to this part of the canvas. We glimpse a fine golden waterfall which gradually disappears and which gives this painting a captivating side.
We obtain a work that sharpens our curiosity and irresistibly catches our eye.
