Twilight oscillates between dissolution and emergence – a visual metaphor for uncertainty and the change that characterizes every transition.
The blurred contours and flowing colors create an atmosphere of suspension. Objects don't dissolve, but rather emerge in the viewer's perception: sometimes they manifest as vague forms, sometimes they blur into abstract fields of color. This ambivalence reflects the indeterminacy of transitions – moments in… which nothing is final, but is constantly redefining itself.

CHANGE and TRANSFORMATION are the central themes of my art. Through the power of colors, I express invisible inner states as well as the preconscious and unconscious and make them sensually perceptible. In my works, spaces of tension arise that combine calm and movement, dynamics and tension, and in which feelings, images and associations can come to life.
I work with different techniques: colors are removed and reapplied, and I use different utensils to scratch, smear and rub the materials - all of this leaves unmistakable marks on the canvas.
Are they landscapes or people? Or are they rather independent abstractions? This uncertainty remains even after a longer viewing and invites you to develop your own perceptions and memories of the images.
