About this artwork
In my art I like to combine acrylic, collage and charcoal to create an interesting display of figurative and semi-abstract elements. In this painting I would like to invite the viewer to explore human emotions while a snake symbolizes the ancient myths of temptation and knowledge.
The stretcher frame has a depth of 4 cm, which means no additional frame is required. The edges are also painted (you can see in the additional photos).

« All in all, I like to paint everything that lives. »
Jutta Elschleger is an established German painter with national exposure whose work oscillates between figurative and abstract art. Her paintings often feature abstract backgrounds dotted with figurative elements, such as faces and animals, which contrast beautifully with the condensed abstract background. Her figurative characters are always vividly expressive, sometimes caught in motion or returning the viewer's gaze and always holding a strong symbolic power.
