About this artwork
Karin painted this from a series of photos of Battersea Power Sation which she has taken during the transformation which has happened over last few years to this iconic London bullding. The magnificent work horse on the south bank of the Thames used to stand proudly boasting it's industrial heritage but now it is wrapped in smart desirable apartments in the nondescript architecture typical of the late 20th and early 21st century. There is little…
if any character left only the memory and a series fo paintings.
