About this artwork
In KC17, a multitude of Kriatures emerge from a surface marked by black gestures, earth, stains, and traces reminiscent of a territory in transformation. Some figures cluster together, others move away, and still others seem to seek their own path within a deliberately open space.
The work speaks of individuality within the collective: hundreds of small decisions, encounters, and trajectories coexist on the same stage. Chaos doesn't appear as disorder,… but as an energy capable of generating unexpected connections.
Yellows, ochres, oranges, and reds introduce small pockets of life against the stark black and neutral background. From a distance, KC18 functions as an abstract composition; upon closer inspection, another layer of meaning emerges: characters, relationships, and small stories that each viewer can discover and interpret.

I am a Spanish painter and sculptor passionate about abstract art and abstract expressionism. Since 2014, I have been exploring new forms of expression through my art, capturing emotional states that cannot be expressed in words. My work is inspired by Informalism and Tachisme, using a minimalist palette of black, red, and brown to explore the shadows and light of the human experience. I have had the privilege of exhibiting in national and international galleries, sharing my vision with audiences in over 40 countries. In addition to my artistic career, I have been a design professor for over 11 years, combining my academic experience with a constant search for new creative possibilities.
