About this artwork
In my works a field of tension arises between what is visible and what is figuratively felt. This conscious balance is an essential element of my art. I look for convergence between the basic idea and the possible result. Light, color and rhythm play a central role, as do fullness and emptiness. Stories also emerge in this creative game and become their own stage.
It is the feeling of waiting for something, not knowing what it is yet, but being… sure that it will come.
