About this artwork
NOTHING OUT 2025
The moment when everything seems to be in disarray but nothing is lost.
The view of picturesque worlds of color, light and shadow
A recurring theme in my work is water—its surface as a constantly changing canvas of light, movement, and reflection. I call this series "Where the Light Dwells in Water." I use my photographs of water surfaces as my inspiration, which I digitally process and then print in multiple layers using dissolved… pigments onto brushed metal plates. I then process the work with pigments, ink, and paint until it reaches its final completion.

SYMPHONY OF COLOR AND MUSIC
Abstraction and figuration – rhythm and resonance find color and form. A narrative level develops, which I follow through my painting. Space remains for personal associations.
As a musician and composer, I learned early on that sounds create images – that sound is not merely a metaphor or inspiration, but a compositional force from which an image can organically develop. This compositional thinking shapes my entire artistic work.
Many of my installations combine sound and painting and are created in spaces that offer an immersive experience. With this, I aim to set new trends in the art market and make it even more attractive to collectors.
For selected works, specially composed music is created. Image and sound are not merely complementary – they are one work.
