About this artwork
My first time in Paris was in 2010. I was just wandering around like I always do in big cities, working on getting lost and finding things. I ran into a forest. In Iceland we do not have forests. Of course, I got lost in the forest, and in the middle of it it was there and I knew I was in Paris.
