Ophélie Simonet, also known as KOA, is a self-taught painter born in 1987 in La Rochelle, France. Inspired by pop culture, 90s nostalgia, and her synesthesia, she favors a neo-pop, minimalist, and colorful technique, enriched by a naive style that celebrates the childlike nature of art while challenging academic conventions.
