About this artwork
Born from a collaboration of a Venus project for women's cancer-photo shoot and KREES, this canvas is an ode to women and their positive power that generates happiness and joy.
It is the birth of the world in what it carries within it the creation of the world, humanity.
This project aims to support women in financial difficulty for surgical reconstruction following breast cancer.
KREES defines here the woman as a woman with a super power of LIFE,… the colors come to sublimate the geometrical forms of this composition like a cosmic explosion.

« Painting is about our humanity. »
KREES is an award-winning artist based in France whose paintings have been nationally and in Italy. She describes her art as following two lines of work, one being an intuitive search for form and color, while the other is a quest for the sacred that is portrayed through symbols, messages, and colors. KREES's distinctive fusion of surrealism with cubism is manifested through acrylics and oils on linen or wood.
