About this artwork
Two adorable chickens have made their way into the Tuscan style room and a sleepy cat lies at the base of an ornate teal dresser. On the wall hang 2 paintings, 1 of the Duomo in Florence, another of a Tuscan vineyard and villa. On the table sits a vase of sunflowers and an Italian ceramic chicken and ceramic lemon bowl sits on the dresser.
In this piece, I poured my love for warm, lively spaces into every stroke of watercolor and ink. I wanted… to capture the joyous chaos of a home where nature and tradition embrace—chickens roaming freely, vibrant colors bouncing off every surface. It’s a celebration of life’s simple, rustic moments, bringing warmth and a bubbly energy that feels like a hug from a Tuscan morning.
This is a 14" x 10" or 36 x 25.4cm original watercolor painting. It is painted with Rembrandt professional watercolor paints on Arches, French-made, all cotton, 300gsm watercolor paper. It comes with a certificate of authenticity.
