An original watercolor painting of a miniature schnauzer taking an afternoon nap in the most gorgeous, inviting room!
This joyful painting is filled with many thoughtful details that make me smile!
On the wall hangs a painting by Paul Gauguin called, "The Siesta". The colors of this painting are echoed throughout the room in the collection of vases, the green ottoman and the charming blue-striped sofa! Violet and pink, bearded iris adorn the Limoges… vase, a statue of dolphins and an angel fish sit on the table under the painting.
A few of the patterned pillows on the sofa have tropical-themed prints of butterflies, plumeria flowers and coconut palms. The lamp shade has hibiscus and bird of paradise flowers amongst soft greenery.
