Although the subsistence farming way of life is irretrievably a thing of the past, there are still some people around the world who keep small herds of cattle, graze them and produce organic dairy products.…
They build their own small but independent world - according to their own rules. If we abstract ourselves from the fact that we live in the high-tech 21st century, then this pastoral panorama may no longer seem like a wonderful dream about a distant past in which we did not live, a past that we know about exclusively from books and historical films. Was the past really worse than our present? Or maybe we went somewhere wrong in our desire to put all processes on technical rails?
