About this artwork
First sculpted in earth, "LITTLE DARLING" was cast in plaster for the first time to obtain her Master.
This was then molded so that it could be reproduced in resin in a limited series.
Each piece is then worked in an individual and unique way, going through different stages of painting and collage.
Each sculpture will be delivered with its certificate of authenticity.

Laurence Chiche is a painter and sculptor based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Malaysia and China. The main theme in her art is the feminine portrait, through which she endeavors to reveal the "goddess that slumbers within each woman". Her vibrant painterly compositions are created using acrylics and collage on canvas. Whereas her sculptures are made with resin, gold leaf, and acrylics.
