About this artwork
In this original mixed media painting on canvas, titled "The Poppy", I explore the vivid, symbolic beauty of a single flower, merging Symbolic Ethno-Surrealism with the rich decorative layers of Fantastic Realism. My creative intent was to elevate a traditional oriental floral motif into a dreamlike, hypnotic centerpiece.
The composition centers on a massive, stylized poppy flower, blooming with fiery crimson and scarlet energy. Following my signature… technique, the flower's organic form is balanced by thousands of meticulous fine detail lines, patterns, and miniature dots. The background features a deeply textured white mosaic array blended with warm golden-ochre and rich turquoise architectural motifs that wrap the canvas in national textile aesthetics.
Reflecting the narrative heritage of contemporary Uzbek art, this original floral fine art masterpiece brings a dramatic burst of color, luxurious textures, and sophisticated elegance to any modern high-end interior.
