About this artwork
I've harnessed the essence of urban nature and fleeting moments in this piece. Texture and shadow, where light peeps through tangled branches, casting an intricate web across a canvas of concrete. Capturing the transient beauty in the commonplace, wonder and serenity, is usually what I find most satisfying in the process of photographing scapes.

Lu Szweda is a multidisciplinary artist based in the United Kingdom whose works have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions in Ireland. He explores non-dualism that takes us beyond attachment to the often frightening and broken human condition. Szweda seeks to bypass the conditioned, divisive content of the mind, directly connecting with the primordial awareness within the viewer. The primary goal of Lu's art is to bring the viewer back to the source, to the heart of being. His work proposes new perspectives.
