About this artwork
In “Summit of Solitude,” the destination is reached, and the car sits at the top, basking in the silent calm of the moment. The long journey, marked by twists and turns and shared connections, has led to this final climb, accomplished in solitude. Here, at the summit, there is no fanfare or celebration—just the personal triumph of having arrived. The car, a symbol of movement, now rests, reflecting the stillness of the mountains.
This solitude… contrasts with the company encountered along the way. The journey, sometimes shared, ends with this solitary accomplishment, where one faces alone the magnitude of the climb. This summit invites introspection, to reflect on the journey accomplished and its meaning.
Yet even here there remains a reflection: the path traveled fades into the distance, but the adventure is not over. What lies beyond the summit remains unknown, arousing curiosity about new roads to take.
