Discover the creation in interiors
In my work, I explore metaphysical and minimalist realities, using acrylics mixed with sand. These materials give a tactile depth that accentuates the simple and clean geometrics.
My artistic research is aimed at creating a mapping of what surrounds me. It is the city that attracts me: its casual daily life, its architectural corners. My subjects arise from these spaces. I seek authenticity through light and space.
I have a growing archive of photos… of subjects that deserve to be painted, for their personal connection or for their composition.
I like to see myself, even if only in part, in what I paint. The constant that runs through them is the fact that they are subjects who do not stop at being such, but always try to go in another direction and painting is their means to do so.

Italy
Lucia DiBi, multimedia artist, began her journey in art with an art high school and then the Academy of Fine Arts. She uses digital photography as a basis, manipulating it on the computer as if it were a painting, and then transferring the result onto canvas with acrylic paint and sand creating various levels of stratification. His work reflects his daily life and the changing urban layout, a fascinating search for authenticity. His works reveal an emotional exploration of architectural details and urban spaces, giving meaning to the apparently insignificant.
